SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
For In-House Production
All final artwork (FA) shall be submitted to Clear Channel Singapore or its appointed production house in the following format:
Output: CD
Software: Photoshop (up to CS 2), Illustrator (up to CS 2) or Freehand (up to MX)
Format: .tif or .eps format (layered file preferred)
The FA is to be submitted by 5pm on the Wednesday the week before your poster campaign is posted.
For External Vendors
The posters are to be submitted by 5pm on the Tuesday of the week that your poster campaign is posted. Any late delivery will be subject to a surcharge of $22 per poster. Clear Channel Singapore shall not be liable for any late posting due to the late delivery of artwork of posters.

Notes:
· Clear Channel Singapore reserves the right to reject any material which does not adhere to requirements
· In the event that artwork or posters are not posted on time, due to the failure to comply with the above specifications, advertisers will still be charged the full value of the contract
· We recommend advertisers to produce an additional 15% of posters for the entire display period
· If existing posters need to be re-posted to different sites, a rotation fee of S$22.00 per poster is chargeable
